Life continues June 2, 2008
Posted by Niels in : Personal , trackbackMemorial Day weekend was great. Sasquatch music festival was fun, even though I didn’t actually attend. We camped down the road and spent the weekend boating and wakeboarding. There were a couple stops by the sandbar, which was an interesting “alternate reality” Spring Break Girls Gone Wild experience that I’m glad I had but don’t really need to repeat. I came back in time for Seattle’s Northwest Folklife Festival, which remains my favorite summer festival. I do wish our steel drum group had the chance to play - we would have been great!
In other news, my job has continued with some interesting and unexpected ups and downs. I wish I could talk about it in more detail here, but it seems inappropriate to air everything in a public place. But I expect my career to stay exciting, at least in the near future…
