My hair stinks September 27, 2007
Posted by Niels in : Personal , trackbackEvery time I shower the chemicals in my hair come out and the whole house starts to smell like a hair salon. I’m just about to keel over. I can’t get away from the smell!
This is a lot more hassle than I expected to deal with to dye my hair THE SAME COLOR that it already is.

Depending on what type of hair color they used, the smell should go away after you wash your hair a few times. I’ve worked as a hair model before, so trust me, I know the small, and it is just horrible!
Spending time outdoors in the sun always worked for me. Just give it some time and after a few washes it will go away. I can’t believe they dyed it the same color! Not very creative was it? If you ever get it dyed again (not that you really had a choice this time) go for a demi-permanent color. It has less ammonia and peroxide (which is what is making your hair stink), and isn’t so permanent. You can’t lift color with it, but it can enhance your natural color by adding different tones.
